ACCEPTANCE
By using Amira, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years old to use Amira. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

THE SERVICE
Amira is an AI companion designed for conversation and companionship. Amira is not a real person. Amira is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Amira should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial guidance.

BILLING
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Epoch, our payment processor. Your subscription automatically renews each month at the current rate ($49/month) unless canceled. You authorize recurring charges when subscribing.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

REFUNDS
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time. If you experience a technical issue preventing use of the service, contact us at hello@amira.chat and we will review your case.

CONTENT GUIDELINES
You agree not to use Amira for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our content policy. This includes but is not limited to content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios, extreme violence, or illegal activities.

AI DISCLAIMER
Amira is an artificial intelligence. Her responses are generated by machine learning models and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or helpful. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by Amira. Use your own judgment.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Amira is provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to emotional distress, reliance on AI advice, or service interruptions.

CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
